About Me
Greetings,
My name is Sachiyo Ishii, and I'm a multi-media craft designer. Originally from Japan, I spent time working in finance on Wall Street and in London before discovering my passion for handicrafts. Since then, I've honed my skills in dressmaking and Waldorf doll-making, and have been designing and creating dolls and toys ever since. I have also taught various crafts such as knitting, crocheting, wet and dry felting, sewing, and spinning, among others. Additionally, I have authored multiple titles for Search Press, and my work regularly appears in knitting and crocheting magazines in the UK.
I also operate an Etsy shop where I sell my knitting and Japanese crafts. You can find me on Etsy under the username "Sachiyoishii."
